What a unit of usage is
A measure of how much of the service you have used in the period you are paying for. It is not money, it is not a store of value, it is not refundable and it cannot be transferred.
Unused units do not carry into the next period. If you run out regularly, the tier above is the answer — there is nothing to buy separately.

Before you subscribe
- It renews until you stop it
- A monthly plan is charged every month and a yearly plan every year, at the price shown above, in USD, with VAT at 23% already included. The renewal date is shown on your billing page at all times.
- Cancelling takes one step
- There is a cancel button on your billing page. It is no harder to leave than it was to join, you do not need to write to us, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- There are no promotions
- No trials, no introductory rates, no discounts, no countdowns and nothing that changes price after a period. The price above is the price.
- Withdrawal, and what ends it
- Consumers in the EU have 14 days to withdraw. That right ends early only if you expressly ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that this ends it once the service has been fully performed. Direito de Livre Resolução
- It is a digital service, not a physical product
- It must stay in conformity for as long as it is supplied, and it is updated as needed to do that. The three-year guarantee that applies to physical goods does not apply to this service. Condições de Serviço
- How your payment details are handled
- Card details are entered on a page served over HTTPS and are handled by a PCI DSS compliant processor. This site does not receive, see or store a full card number at any point.
